How the scope is counted
A content page might be About us, Services or Previous work. Legal notice and privacy pages are additional and do not use your page allowance. The allowance covers one language.
For a round of changes, you collect your requests and I make those changes together. New functions and larger extensions are agreed separately.

Your website on the internet – with optional care
For customers to visit your website on the internet, its files need a place on a web server. This is called hosting. With one of these packages, I handle publication and the ongoing technical operation for you.
Basic
For a website whose content rarely changes.

Included in every monthly package
- Publication of the agreed website so your customers can visit it on the internet
- Connection to your existing internet address, with your agreement and the necessary access
- Setup and renewal of the encrypted connection (HTTPS)
- Backup of website files every 7 days and before changes; the latest 4 weekly backups are retained. Restoration from an available backup is included.
- Regular checks that the website is reachable and maintenance of the published files; problems with the agreed technical operation are addressed
- A personal email contact for questions about your managed website
Small changes include opening hours, replacing an existing picture or editing existing text. Unused minutes expire at the end of the month. New pages, functions and larger changes are agreed separately.
Connecting your existing internet address is included. Registration and recurring fees for that address (domain), email mailboxes and paid third-party services are not included in the monthly price. We agree these costs beforehand. No response deadline or round-the-clock on-call service is promised.
Monthly care starts on the agreed launch date of the public website. A private preview does not start a hosting contract.
Optional: hosting is commissioned only when explicitly selected. Without selection there are no monthly hosting charges.
