Scope
These terms concern the public portfolio pages on mergenthaler.cloud. They describe use of the information and content provided.
They are not general terms for paid IT consulting, software development or other project services. Scope, fees, deadlines, usage rights and other conditions are agreed separately.
Reading, sharing and using content
You may access public pages for information and share links to them. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
Publication on this website grants no general license to reproduce or commercially exploit texts, images, logos, software or other protected content. Uses beyond legal permissions require the rights holder’s consent.
Responsible technical use
Please use this website within applicable law. Do not try to bypass access restrictions, introduce malware or deliberately disrupt operation.
Report security issues to moritz@mergenthaler.cloud. Publishing a contact address does not authorize unauthorized security testing or access.
Contact and commissioning
Merely visiting this website does not create a paid project engagement. An inquiry initially establishes contact; specific services are agreed separately.
The contact form is currently inactive. Please use moritz@mergenthaler.cloud or +49 151 46175124.
Availability and changes
Content and functionality may be updated. Maintenance or faults may temporarily limit availability. Individually agreed services and statutory claims remain unaffected.
Privacy and statutory rights
Information about personal data processing appears in the privacy policy. Provider and contact details appear in the imprint.
Statutory liability rules apply. Legal claims and mandatory rights remain unaffected. Further explanations appear in the legal notices.
Protected website previews and commissioning
A personal invitation gives the authorised recipient access to their own website preview. Viewing the preview, requesting an access code or sending feedback does not place a paid order. Access credentials must not be shared; customers receive no administration, editing or export permissions.
A paid commission is placed only using the explicit commissioning action after the individual scope, website version, one-off price, tax, any recurring charges and customer details have been displayed. Payment is subsequently made against an invoice. The individual order summary and separately agreed project conditions determine the service; these website-use notes do not replace project contracts.
